International Out of State Fee Waiver
For non-U.S. Citizen Undergraduate First-time freshmen (under 12 credits of college level work completed):
- Minimum TOEFL score of 525 paper or 195 computer AND
- Have completed a recognized secondary program comparable to U.S. high school graduation with a cumulative high school GPA of 2.25 or higher, AND
- have an English score of at least 450 and a Math score of at least 440 on the SAT, or equivalent ACT subscores.
Transfer undergraduate students from other US institutions with more than 12 credits of college work must have the following:
- A minimum College GPA of 2.5, less any developmental coursework
- no developmental coursework required.
This fee waiver represents a savings of over $2,700 per semester to qualified students.
