The Auxiliary Services Department uses numerous assessment tools to gather information needed to make planning decisions and forecast student needs. Listed below are some assessment tools utilized by Auxiliary Services.

Each Auxiliary Services unit is asked to implement an assessment calendar for each academic year. The assessment calendars can be found on the unit’s website.
Calendar:
The Office of Auxiliary Services mandates that the individual auxiliary units must survey students in late September to early October and again late in the spring semester to gather feedback about our services during these critical service times. The Director of Auxiliary Services Marketing is in charge of coordinating the survey implementation and compiling the data for the department’s review. The auxiliary units are encouraged to use a variety of assessment tools to gather pertinent information needed to make accurate forecasts and recommendations regarding the current and future services offered to the university community.
