Each Auxiliary Services unit is asked to implement an assessment calendar for each academic year. The assessment calendars can be found on the unit’s website.
The Office of Auxiliary Services mandates that the individual auxiliary units must survey students and or customers. The Marketing Communication Specialist is in charge of coordinating the survey implementation and compiling the data for the department’s review. The auxiliary units are encouraged to use a variety of assessment tools to gather pertinent information needed to make accurate forecasts and recommendations regarding the current and future services offered to the university community.
