		<description>You are absolutely correct, It&#039;s like flipping a coin and guessing if the coin lands on heads or tails, no matter how many times the coin is flipped, every new flip is independent of the previous. It will always be 50/50. However, with all the stats in place, some people will still bet that red will come up after it has landed on black x amount of times. This phenomenan could be called betting on faith because the science(or the odds) do not change. For the last question, I would say the answer is a definite yes.People are going to look up and see that sign and drop x amount of money on red when the sign says 23 blacks in a row hit Because no matter how much statistical information there is and how much the odds are not in your favor, people will still bet on hope.
