It will always be 50/50. However, with all the stats in place, some people will still bet that red will come up after it has landed on black x amount of times. This phenomenan could be called betting on faith because the science(or the odds) do not change. For the last question, I would say the answer is a definite yes.People are going to look up and see that sign and drop x amount of money on red when the sign says 23 blacks in a row hit Because no matter how much statistical information there is and how much the odds are not in your favor, people will still bet on hope.
