TO BE RELEASED FROM THIS FINANCIAL OBLIGATION AND SUBSEQUENT INDEBTEDNESS, A STUDENT MUST “UNREGISTER” BY 4:15 P.M OF THE LAST BUSINESS DAY BEFORE CLASSES BEGIN.
