NEW POLICY – EFFECTIVE WITH THE FALL 2010 SEMESTER, STUDENTS WILL NO LONGER BE REQUIRED TO ACTIVATE THEIR SCHEDULES. UPON REGISTRATION, STUDENTS WILL BE ENTITLED TO ATTEND SCHEDULED CLASSES AND ARE IMMEDIATELY INDEBTED TO THE UNIVERSITY AND OBLIGATED TO PAY ALL TUITION AND FEES ASSOCIATED WITH REGISTRATION.

TO BE RELEASED FROM THIS FINANCIAL OBLIGATION AND SUBSEQUENT INDEBTEDNESS, A STUDENT MUST “UNREGISTER” BY 4:15 P.M OF THE LAST BUSINESS DAY BEFORE CLASSES BEGIN.

      Description: Applications must be completed, application fee paid, and all documents necessary for admission decision submitted.

    • Transfer Student Orientation

    • Regular registration ends and web registration closes for Fall semester at 4:15 pm

      Description: Late registration and administrative drop/add begins at 4:15 p.m. All registration activity after 4:15 p.m. will occur in the Registrar’s office.
      Student must register by 4:15 p.m. to avoid late registration charge.
      Student must “unregister” by 4:15 p.m. to receive full refund and avoid processing charge. Student must pay tuition and fees by 4:15 p.m. to avoid late payment charge.

    • Classes resume

    • Fourteenth class day (for statistical purposes)

    • Final date to apply for graduation for fall commencement

  • September 19, 2014
    • Last day to drop or resign with a W from Term A (regular and online) classes

  • October 9, 2014
    • Final grades due at 9:00 am for Term A (regular and online)

  • October 13, 2014
    • 7th week grades available for students

    • Classes begin for Term B (regular and online)

  • October 28, 2014
    • Advising begins for winter session and spring semester

  • October 30, 2014
    • Final date for automatic W when dropping a Full Term course or resigning from the university

  • November 6, 2014
    • Registration for winter session and spring semester begins

  • November 14, 2014
    • Last day to drop or resign with a W from Term B (regular or online) classes

    • Final date to submit thesis for final committee approval

    • Thanksgiving holidays; university closed.
