The Colonel’s Retreat

The original Colonel’s Retreat was a favorite off-campus nightclub during the 70’s and 80’s that our alumni reminisce about when they are together.  The new on campus Colonel’s Retreat is a perfect place to gather with friends to talk over the day, celebrate occasions, watch the big game, and make new memories.  The menu features:

Smart Market - A convenience store located in LA Maison du Bayou Apartments Clubhouse with grab-and-go meals, snacks, laundry and cleaning supplies, cold beverages, etc.

Nicholls State University Bookstore – books

and supplies, as well as NSU apparel and gifts. The bookstore is located in Bollinger Memorial Student Union and open Monday through Thursday, 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Friday 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Summer hours are Monday through Thursday, 7:30 a.m. to  5 p.m and Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 12 p.m.

Soft drink and snack vending machines located in the Ayo Hall, Babington Hall, Beauregard Hall, Calecas Hall, Candies Hall, Elkins Hall, Ellender Hall, Gouaux Hall, La Maison du Bayou, Millet Hall, Peltier Hall, Scholars Hall, Student Publications, Student Union, Talbot Hall, White Hall, and Zeringue Hall.

Copy locations are in Ayo Hall, Candies Hall, CENAC Lab, Ellender Hall, Ellender Library, Gouaux Hall, Polk Hall, and the Student Union Game Room.

Laundry locations include Babington Hall, Calecas Hall, Ellender Hall, Millet Hall, Scholars Hall, and Zeringue Hall.

Concessions locations include Stopher Gym, Didier Baseball Field, the women’s softball field across from Calecas Hall, and John L. Guidry stadium during athletic events.
