In accordance with the Higher Education Act of October 1998, all universities are required to distribute Louisiana Mail Voter Registration Application Forms. These are made available to all degree- and certificate-seeking students who attend classes on campus.

The Colonel Card office is an authorized voter registration location. All incoming students are given the opportunity to sign-up during the ID card application process. The Louisiana Mail Voter Registration Application Form allows individuals that meet certain criteria to register to vote, change your address, or request a change of name. Drop by the office and ask to register to vote or update current voter registration information.
