Time:  1:00 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. registration.  11:30 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. Presentation
Credit:  2.8 contact hours

Speakers:

Vance Broussard M.D. practices in the Thibodaux and Houma offices of Southern E.N.T. Associates. His practice encompasses all areas of ear, nose, and throat with special interest in sinus disease and pediatric otolaryngology.

Todd Keller, DNS, RN is an Associate Professor of Nursing at Nicholls State University where he is BSN Program Director. He is also a Certified Nurse Educator.

The goal of this educational activity is to provide an update on the assessment of the ear
in children from school age to adolescence. Upon completion of this activity the learner
will be able to identify when an ear assessment should be done, describe how to assess
the ear, and explain when to refer the child. The target audience is nurses who
