The faculty offer concept-based curricula programs of study, while maintaining a personal touch with students. We work diligently to provide our students with quality didactic and clinical experiences within the classroom, university laboratories, and in the community.
The College of Nursing and Allied Health is the “educational provider” for two academic departments: Nursing and Allied Health Sciences. Both departments offer undergraduate baccalaureate programs. The Department of Nursing also offers a graduate nursing program with several concentrations. The college has one support program: the Continuing Nursing Education Program that provides continuing nursing education to meet re-licensure requirements for registered nurses. Our curricula and support programs are nationally recognized through the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education, Commission on Accreditation for Athletic Training Education, Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND) of the Academy in Nutrition and Dietetics, and the American Nurses Credentialing Center Commission on Accreditation.
