SPEAKER: Harry E. Chambers brings 30+ years of practical organizational experience to his content-rich presentations. His experience ranges from an hourly employee to executive officer in the sales, operations, training and administrative areas. He is president of the Atlanta-based training/consulting company, Trinity Solutions, Inc. and H.E. Chambers and Associates. Harry has presented programs for healthcare and hospital associations across the country including Georgia, Florida, Michigan, Connecticut, and North Carolina, as well as the School of Nursing at Nicholls State University and the Georgia Baptist School of Nursing. He is a frequent presenter at Inc. Magazine’s Leadership Development Conferences and his work has been featured on the websites of CNN Financial News and Business Week Online. An award winning author, his books have been translated into six foreign languages.
DESCRIPTION: The goal of this program is to relate the knowledge and tools necessary to increase and maximize productivity from all employees, with a special emphasis on avoiding the behaviors of mismanagement, increasing employee retention rates, improving organizational morale, and fostering teamwork and commitment. This interactive training session identifies the real-world differences between generations. Participants will learn:
• Important events and collective behaviors that identify and define individual generations
• The generational variation in work ethic, job satisfaction and leadership expectations
• To develop an individual specific action plan to address the generational variations within their area of influence
• Effective techniques and strategies for increasing successful communication, higher productivity and increased patient quality, as well as overall responsiveness to organizational changes, policies and procedures
