The College of Education and the Office of Continuing Education will provide enrichment classes for children entering kindergarten/1st grade and for those being promoted to the 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th or 7th grade. Don’t miss out on summer enrichment for your child. This program encourages learning in a creative environment and focuses on science, social studies, language arts, mathematics, art and physical education. There will be no promotions or failures, and no grades will be given. Energetic Nicholls education majors will utilize these classes for observation and participation activities under the direction of their supervising instructors. This camp will meet five days a week for eight weeks; EXCEPT for the week of July 4. That week the camp will not meet Friday, July 4. If you would like a full day program, see the Colonel Camper.
A mandatory parent orientation will be held at 6 p.m. on Wednesday, May 28 in Peltier Auditorium. Summer Options Program, transportation, drop-off, and pick-up issues, as well as rules and regulations, will be discussed at the orientation.
Ages: Youth entering K through Seventh grades.
Time: 8:00 a.m. – 11:50 a.m.
Fee: $480 Payment in full must be made by May 16, 2014
