This class will start with general legal writing tips, then move onto the substantive information necessary to write a proper legal instrument worthy of sound notarial practice. Participants will use class time and personal time preparing notarial acts from scenario facts, which will be turned in to the instructor for critique.  Participants should have knowledge of the materials contained in the “Fundamentals of Louisiana Notarial Law and Practice.”
