Nicholls State University’s Office of Continuing Education in conjunction with the John Folse Culinary Institute is happy to offer the Serv-Safe Sanitation Course Saturday, June 29, 2013. This will be a one day compressed class that will require reading the material prior to class. It is very important that you read the material so you may keep up in class. Receiving this letter does not guarantee enrollment in the class. Space is limited to 40 people. The simple steps needed to enroll in this class are:
1) Register and pay for the class by June 28, 2013.
Payment must be made at the Office of Continuing Education between 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

2) Purchase the Serv-Safe Essential course book with test sheet from the Nicholls State Bookstore or order from amazon.com. Order early to receive the book in time to read prior to class.

The class will be held in Gouaux Hall 301. Please arrive between 7:45 a.m. to 8 a.m. You will need your course book with the test sheet and #2 lead pencil. If you fail to attend class you relinquish all fees. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to call our office.
