Cardio Dance Fitness

Cardio dance is a high-energy exercise program that will shed calories and improve  cardiovascular function. No matter what your fitness level, you’ll enjoy fun music and exciting dance moves. Cardio exercise is one of the most beneficial activities you can take part in to promote heart health.
Bring small towel and 2 bottles of water.

Dates: Tuesdays and Thursdays (monthly sessions)

Place: Shaver Dance Studio (2nd floor)
Instructor: Lona Bernard, Yoga and Zumba Instructor Certified
Fee: $40 per month

 

As per the instructor’s request, please call the Office of Continuing Ed. @ 985.448.4444 to place your name on the class list. Classes will meet once a minimum of 10 participants have signed up, at which points dates will be set.
