| Develop Best Practice Strategies with regards to HR policies for summer hiring | It was recognized during the CAS study that CEP adheres to some HR policies that are not conducive for this department. Some of the hiring paperwork and processes are exorbitant and decreases the efficiency of our work. CEP will set up meetings with HR, read and interpret documents and policies, implement best practices for CEP’s unique situation, and use findings to implement improvements. | Revised hiring plan |
