Shimmy Fitness – Beginner

Belly dance your way to healthy body! This unique and engaging fitness trend has some great benefits everyone can appreciate!

Belly dancing is both a relaxing and enlivening dance that can help tone the body, improve confidence and help women regain confidence in their ‘feminine self’

Physical Fitness can greatly improve with regular sessions. It helps firm and tone the muscles in a gentle way especially the abdominals, arms, upper back hips and thighs. Belly dancing can be a fun and energetic for of aerobic dance

Experience it for yourself! Exposed bellies optional, of course!

Dates: 4 weeks, 2 sessions total


Session II: November 6, 13, 20, December 4

Time: 6-7 pm

Location: Shaver Dance Studio, Main Campus, Thibodaux, LA

Instructor: Jeni Breaux, Owner/Instructor at The Gypsy Souls & beginner belly dance instructor

Cost: $40 per session

Payment is due a week prior to the first day of class. Payment is due Thursday Sept. 19 for session I and October 16 for session II.
