It’s not just fitness; it’s TWO WEEKS of FUN! This camp won’t just focus on weight loss, but on all the important benefits associated with exercising, food and nutrition, and feeling better about themselves. Campers will also learn decision-making skills that will stick with them for the rest of their lives.
Having the camp here at Nicholls with our very on certified fitness trainers will give the campers an awesome advantage. We will be working with different university departments such as Campus Recreation, Counseling Services, and Food Services. Kids will learn how to make their favorite foods healthier as well as how to make the right food choices when dining out or at home. We will help students find ways to make healthy living fun and also make friendships that can last for years.
