14th Annual Bite of the Arts Event
The evening began with a cocktail reception and hors d’oeuvres, followed by a three-course dinner prepared by well-trained student culinarians under the direction of Chef Adolfo Garcia – owner of Rio Mar, La Boca, a Mano and Gusto restaurants in New Orleans. Approximately $80,000 was generated for institutional advancement and more than 300 attended the event.
