Department of Allied Health Sciences Cytotechnology Program

All of the following must be submitted with the completed application to be considered for admission into the program.

• Complete and submit the program application to the program director by April 1. Download program application (DOC).

• Submit all of the following information along with the completed application:
  • a copy of your current curriculum vitae/resume,
  • a one-page narrative explaining your interest in this program and the cytotechnology profession (Please indicate what goals you hope to accomplish if you are selected for admission to this program.),
  • a certified background check (You may use mybackgroundcheck.com.) and
  • a copy of official transcripts. Please request that an official copy of all educational transcripts be sent to:
