Eating Healthy at Nicholls

Avoiding weight gain in college is tricky … especially in the fast paced, fast food world in which we live. The Nicholls Office of Dining Services makes eating healthier easier by offering nutritious meals prepared with fresh ingredients.

Sodexo also offers several tools to help you maintain a healthy lifestyle:

  • Nutrition Calculator — Get the nutrition facts (including ingredients, calories, cholesterol, fat and carbohydrates) on what you ate on the Nicholls campus today.
  • Balance Mind, Body and Soul — Sodexo’s Web site dedicated to health and nutrition information offers resources, FAQs, articles, recipes and advice from a dietitian.

  • Office of Continuing Education — Non-credit courses are offered each semester for the Nicholls community and visitors, many of which are exercise-based.
