Hours of Operation

Monday through Friday:

Hot breakfast: 6:45 to 9 a.m.
Continental breakfast: 9 to 10:30 a.m.
Lunch: 10:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
Lite lunch: 1:30 to 4:30 p.m.
Dinner: 4:30 to 7 p.m.
Friday dinner: 4:30 to 6:30 p.m.

Saturday through Sunday:

Brunch: 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Dinner: 4:30 to 6:30 p.m.

The hall is also home to many campus- sponsored events, such as Mid-Term Breakfast, where students are served by university faculty, staff and administrators.

The newly renovated Vernon F. Galliano Dining Hall offers the total eating experience. Forget typical, pre-prepared cafeteria food. You’ll feel more like you’re dining in a restaurant — except for one price you can eat all you want.

Our dining staff is committed to variety, freshness and taste. The menus are designed to satisfy the appetites of everyone — from fast food junkies to health conscious vegetarians.

The Galliano Dining Hall features:

For students, faculty, staff and community members without meal plans, Galliano Dining Hall accepts cash for meals. Prices (not including tax) are as listed below:

Lunch/Lite Lunch $6.55
Dinner $6.55
Weekend Brunch $6.55
Special Dinners and Steak Night $8.30
