The fight against time is the toughest. As a commuter, you’re probably juggling school with extracurricular activities, jobs and family responsibilities — not to mention the drive to and from campus. With Nicholls commuter dining plans, you won’t have to waste time deciding where to eat or how to afford eating on campus.
Over the course of a semester, it is less expensive — and more convenient — to be on a block meal plan than to pay cash prices at the door for each meal.
- Block meals can be used in Vernon Galliano Dining Hall any day of the week for any meal of the day.
- When purchasing your plan, you may choose to add on any amount of Munch Money.
- Munch Money is the declining balance that can be attached to each plan. Munch Money can be used at the dining hall, our other dining locations and at concessions during campus athletic events.
- For more information about meal plans and Munch Money, see our Frequently Asked Questions page.

Purchasing a commuter meal plan:
Commuter meal plans may be purchased at the front desk of Galliano Dining Hall and will be added to your Colonel Card account. Block meals must be purchased in 25-meal blocks; however, Munch Money can be added on for any amount you choose.
Block meals and Munch Money can be renewed at any time as your account gets low. Although block meals are non-refundable, block meals and Munch Money purchased, but not used, in the fall will carry over for the spring semester.
