Since the hall’s renovation, the number of faculty and staff customers has skyrocketed — which means you’ll definitely see some familiar faces when you dine with us.
Faculty and staff block meal plans are designed to specifically give you better dining value than paying cash to eat.
- Block meals can be used in Vernon Galliano Dining Hall any day of the week for any meal of the day.
- The Captain’s Room has been designated for employee dining whenever the room isn’t booked for a special event.
- Meals can also be ordered to go, though no leftovers can be brought outside the building.

Purchasing a faculty and staff meal plan:
Faculty and staff meal plans may be purchased at the front desk of Galliano Dining Hall and will be added to your Colonel Card account. Block meals must be purchased in 25-meal blocks.
Block meals can be renewed at any time as your account gets low. Although they are non-refundable, block meals purchased, but not used, in the fall will carry over for the spring semester.
