Our newly renovated Vernon F. Galliano Dining Hall offers the most diverse selection of choices — from hamburgers, fries and pizza to freshly prepared pastas and soups. The modern architecture and convenient location make it the place to eat lunch — whether you love it for the all-you-can-eat policy or for its nutritional and vegetarian options.
Traditional fast food items as well as sandwiches, salads and wraps, can be purchased throughout campus in our full array of retail locations, including Godfather’s Pizza, Selona Grill, Chick-fil-A, Jazzman’s Café, Café à la Cart, C-Store and Subconnection. Whether you need a cappuccino to start your morning, want to grab a quick sandwich to go or run out of toothpaste, our restaurants and convenience stores can get you through it.
Nicholls dining is contracted with Sodexo, an industry leader in campus dining services. We strive to provide campus students, faculty and staff with an unparalleled dining experience.
