What is the student’s responsibility in obtaining accommodations?

In order to receive reasonable accommodations from the Office of Disability Services (ODS), students must:

1. self-identify concerning disability status to ODS in a timely manner (if possible, within two weeks after the semester starts),
2. schedule an appointment with the Director,
3. provide current documentation of the disability that qualifies under ADA (Section 504 Subpart E) and
4. complete the ODS registration process.
