Student’s Responsibility

What is the student’s responsibility in obtaining accommodations?

In order to receive reasonable accommodations from the Office of Disability Services, students must:

  1. self-identify concerning disability status to the Office of Disability Services in a timely manner (if possible, within two weeks after the semester starts),
  2. schedule an appointment with the director,
  3. complete the Office of Disability Services Registration Form and
  4. provide current documentation of the disability that qualifies under ADA (Section 504 Subpart E).
