The Nicholls Student Section of the Bayou Chapter of the American Society of Safety Engineers was developed to promote the advancement of the safety profession and safety education among its members within its campus and community. Participation within the student section will help make the member’s entrance into safety/health careers easier. The interaction with the Bayou Chapter is an excellent opportunity to network and learn from the present leaders of our future profession. There are also available scholarships as well as internships/job opportunities.
