Etiquette Dinner
Learn to dine in style!
The Nicholls Society of Human Resource Management will host its annual etiquette dinner at 6 p.m. Monday, March 10, in the Plantation Suite of the Student Union. Tickets are $25 and must be purchased by Thursday, March 6, in 146 Powell Hall or by calling 985.448.4175.
Dr. Terry Roach, a certified business etiquette consultant, will address proper dining etiquette and review general topics, such as making introductions, getting in and out of a chair and tipping. Participants will learn the acceptable etiquette for each particular course as it is served.
The menu will include chicken and sausage gumbo, salad, bread, an entree choice of pan seared chicken or tilapia, green beans, mashed potatoes, cheesecake and a beverage. Dress is business casual, and door prizes will be awarded.
