Kick up your heels with Geno and his band!

Geno Delafose and the French Rockin’ Boogie will entertain guests at the Cajun/Zydeco dinner and dance at 7 p.m. Friday, March 28, in the Cotillion Ballroom. A cash bar will open at 6 p.m.Geno is that unique blend of Cajun, Creole, Zydeco and country music that has spawned a whole new generation of music lovers who are spellbound by the sounds of south Louisiana. Tickets, which include a buffet dinner, are $40 for the general public; $30 for Nicholls students and people under 18 years. The menu includes Tchoupitoulas salad, cochon de lait/roast pig, sausage jambalaya, tomate haricot vert, french bread, bananas foster over French toast, water and iced tea.
