Support applied sciences students while enjoying delicious cuisine!
The Manufacturing Engineering Technology program will host a fundraising dinner at 7 p.m. Friday, Nov. 7, in the Plantation Room of the Bollinger Memorial Student Union.
The menu selections include grilled jerk chicken; pecan crusted chicken; pork tenderloin with caramelized onion chutney; and grilled flat iron steak seasoned with roasted garlic and rosemary.
