The 15th annual Bite of the Arts, Nicholls State University’s premier fundraising event for the John Folse Culinary Institute, is slated to begin at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 10, in the Bollinger Memorial Student Union. This year’s celebration is themed “Kingambo to Gumbo: Celebrating the African Influence on Cajun and Creole Cuisine.”
