Callais Memorial Recreation Center facility rental rates vary depending on the booking organization:

Rental Fees for Callais Memorial Recreation Center Facilities:
All rental spaces may be used for planning and executing health/fitness and wellness programs only. Spaces may not be used for regular student meetings or other events. All food and beverages consumed for any event must be secured from the campus contract catering company (currently Sodexo).
In addition to the facility rental fee, booking individuals/organizations will be responsible for overtime charges.

The Campus Recreation Director must authorize all bookings and will use discretion when approving events that may cause excessive damage to property. Campus Recreation programs always have first use priority. Rental Fees are based on a daily rate for use during regular operation hours. Short-term specific events may qualify for time-specific rental charge in place of the daily rate. Rental of one area does not grant exclusive use of the recreation facility.
