The variety of classes, help offered by professors and atmosphere of the campus all made Wendy Hebert’s college experience a memorable one — and a productive one.
After graduating from Nicholls in 2000, Hebert began teaching biology and family and consumer sciences classes at Assumption High School in Napoleonville, La. She has already been honored with the outstanding teacher award and Who’s Who Among American Teachers distinction. She is also a member of the Assumption Parish School Board and sophomore class sponsor.
“Follow your goals and dreams, and soak in all the information that you can to help you in your career goals,” Hebert advises students.
