Summer 2012 Important Dates
Monday, June 4, 2012
- Tuition / Fees for Full Term, Mini Term A and Mini Term B are due 15 minutes prior to close of business.
- Late fee of $100.00 assessed to accounts not paid 15 minutes prior to close of business.
- Final day to “un-register” for Full Term, Mini Term A and Mini Term B 15 minutes prior to close of business and receive 100% refund and avoid processing charge.

Effective Fall 2010 – New Registration Policy – Once registered, students are immediately indebted to the university and obligated to pay.
Summer 2012
All tuition and fees for Summer 2012 Full Term, Mini Term A and Mini Term B sessions are due 15 minutes prior to the close of business on Monday, June 4, 2012 in order to avoid late pyament charges. Students who do not plan to attend Nicholls State University, must “un-register” 15 minutes before the close of business on Monday June 4, 2012 for Full Term, Mini Term A & Mini Term B. Students will be responsible for fees and charges on his/her account after that time.
Spring 2012
All tuition and fees for the Spring 2012 semester are due by 4:15 p.m. Tuesday, January 17, 2012 in order to avoid deferred payment charges. Once registered, students are immediately indebted to the university and it is the responsibility of the student to check his/her Banner account for fee information and amount due. If a registered student does not plan to attend Nicholls, he/she must “un-register” by 4:15 p.m. Tuesday, January 17, 2012.
