- 4:15 p.m. – tuition and fees are due
- 4:15 p.m. - late fee of $100.00 assessed to accounts with balance over $300.00
- Final day to “un-register” and receive 100% credit for dropped courses
- Students are responsible for charges for courses enrolled in after 4:15 p.m.

- 4:15 p.m. – $125.00 deferred payment charge assessed on account balance over $300.00
Thursday, March 1, 2012
- If total amount due is not paid, student is subject to loss of campus previleges, removal from campus housing and denied meal ticket access.

Effective Fall 2010 – New Registration Policy – Once registered, students are immediately indebted to the university and obligated to pay.
Spring 2012
All tuition and fees for the Spring 2012 semester are due by 4:15 p.m. Tuesday, January 17, 2012 in order to avoid deferred payment charges. Once registered, students are immediately indebted to the university and it is the responsibility of the student to check his/her Banner account for fee information and amount due. If a registered student does not plan to attend Nicholls, he/she must “un-register” by 4:15 p.m. Tuesday, January 17, 2012.
Please refer to the “Statement of Financial Obligation” page for information regarding the financial responsibility of students upon registration.
Fall 2011
Upon registration, students are entitled to attend scheduled classes and are immediately indebted to the university and obligated to pay all tuition and fees associated with registration. All tuition and fees for the Fall 2011 semester are due by 4:15 p.m. on Tuesday, August 16, 2011 in order to avoid late payment fees. Fee bills will not be mailed. It is the responsibility of the student to check his/her Banner account for account summary information. Students who have registered and do not plan to attend Nicholls State University, must unregister by 4:15 p.m. on Tuesday, August 16, 2011. Students will be responsible for fees and charges on his/her account after that time.
