Fall 2015

All tuition and fees for Fall 2015 term are due no later than 4:15 p.m. on Friday, August 14, 2015. Once registered, students are immediately indebted to the university and it is the student’s responsibility to check his/her Banner account for fee information and amount due.

NEW CLASS SCHEDULE CANCELLATION POLICY

Uncollected tuition and fee revenue directly affects the quality of service we are able to provide, and outstanding bills also create financial burdens for students and lower their credit status. In order for Nicholls to avoid this situation as much as possible, we are implementing a new class cancellation policy for students with unpaid tuition and fees.

On the deadline date established for each semester, Nicholls will drop all courses and cancel schedules for any student with an outstanding account balance over $300. This policy will apply to all Nicholls students except those enrolled in Nicholls Online, Early Start/Dual Enrollment and Executive MBA programs.

As we launch the new policy this fall, the deadline for students to pay their bills before schedule cancellation begins is Friday, Aug. 21, 2015 the fifth class day. We will NOT charge students any late payment fees prior to this date. On Thursday, Sept. 3, the 14th class day, we will run the cancellation process again to ensure that all currently enrolled students have an account balance of $300 or less.
