Nicholls 2009 Homecoming King is an Honors student!

Congratulations to Blaine Adams who was crowned the 2009 Homecoming King on September 26, 2009.  Other Honors students who were nominated to the Homecoming Court were Cindy Sue Soto and Lawrence Briggs.

Petition for Honors Credit Forms now available and are due Friday, September 25 (12 noon).

Please find attached the brand new Petition and Proposal for Honors Credit form.  Use this form (and not last year’s form) to petition for honors credit in non-honors courses.  Read the form carefully, as there are some changes.  Note well that you are required to submit a copy of your honors credit project to my office at the end of the semester.

The deadline to submit this form is as follows:
Friday, 25 September 2009, by 12 noon, submitted to the Honors Program office at 111 Gouaux Hall.

The deadline for completing an honors credit project and submitting it to your course instructor (and, again, a copy to my office) is as follows:
Tuesday, 01 December 2009, (the last day of classes).

Thanks in advance for your compliance.
