Babington consists of two three-story buildings adjoined by a common lobby area. North and South Babington halls house students of all classifications.
The halls contain laundry facilities, a community kitchen, a computer lab, TV lounge, and pool table. Babington’s suites consist of two rooms connected by a foyer and a central bathroom
Each room:
- measures 15 feet and 2 inches long by 12 feet wide in South Babington or 15 feet and 6 inches long by 12 feet and 8 inches wide in North Babington,
- contains two desks, two closets, two twin beds and a window air-conditioning unit,
- shares a bathroom with the adjoining room and
- is occupied by two residents, unless the resident has paid for a private room.
