Petroleum Services, Instructor/Assistant Professor
POSITION:
Instructor/Assistant Professor, Petroleum Services (Begins Fall 2008, Position #021499)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To teach undergraduate courses, specifically intercultural communications, petroleum economics, management/leadership, oral and written business communications, and petroleum production and exploration technology.
- To create courses in Communications, Leadership, Management required by National Association of Industrial Technology to meet the needs of the petroleum service industries.
- To recruit and advise students.
- To participate in faculty development.
- To engage in scholarly activities
- To participate on Industry Advisory Board and other departmental committees.
QUALIFICATIONS:
A master’s degree in engineering or business administration with a strong background in communications, leadership, and management experience in the petroleum exploration and production industry.
SALARY:
Commensurate with qualifications and experience.
