For students with a FEE balance

If you have a positive balance when looking at account summary,
( for example $1,800.00 )

  1. Click the Login to ICAN text at the top left of the NSU homepage.
  2. Scroll down to the bottom of the next page and click the “Please click here to enter Nicholls State University — ICAN System”
  3. Click “Enter Student Services”
  4. Type in your Campus Wide ID (or Social Security Number) and your PIN number.
  5. From the Student Records menu, select “Account Summary and Pay by Credit Card”
  6. The amount that you owe will be displayed. Click “Credit Card Payment” to submit your credit card information. Be sure to type in the correct “total account balance”.
  7. Once you have paid your fees and you have a $0 account balance, your scheduled will be activated on the next business day.
