Highlights from the Spring 2013 graduating seniors survey include:
- 80% of graduates believed their Nicholls education was helpful or very helpful in developing their ability to write well
- 82% of graduates believed their Nicholls education was helpful or very helpful in developing their ability to speak effectively
- 83% of graduates believed their Nicholls education was helpful or very helpful in developing workplace skills
- 82% of graduates believed their Nicholls education was helpful or very helpful in preparing them for further education
- 86% of graduates believed their Nicholls education was helpful or very helpful in acquiring career-relevant information
- 88% of graduates believed their Nicholls education was helpful or very helpful in developing their ability to interact with others
- 92% of graduates were satisfied or very satisfied with the effectiveness of their major field in preparing them to apply classroom knowledge to workplace decisions
- 99% of graduates were satisfied or very satisfied with the quality of their major field. 97% were satisfied or very satisfied with the quality of their department, and 97% were satisfied or very satisfied with the overall quality of their degree program.
