ACT Class Profile is an annual report produced by ACT Testing Services to help colleges and universities evaluate incoming freshmen. The report contains results which cover a five year pattern of ACT scores, characteristics, interested majors, high school GPAs and abilities of first time freshmen.
The Common Data Set is a compiled report of standard data items that is used by higher educational institutions and publishers as represented by the College Board, Peterson's-Thompson Learning, and U.S. News & World Report. The goal of this collaboration is to improve the quality and accuracy of information provided to all involved in a student's transition into higher education, as well as to reduce the reporting burden on data providers.
Curriculum codes contains list of disciplines of study by colleges and departments. Includes updates from the reorganizations of academic colleges and departments.
Enrollment statistics is a comprehensive report of enrollment details based on various criteria like college, gender, major, ethnicity etc. This report is generated 3 times a year - spring, summer and fall semesters.
Fact Book is published annually during the fall semester. It contains college-wide statistical data which includes analysis of student credit hours, enrollment, faculty, expenditures, degrees awarded, ACT scores and developmental programs.
Feedback Reports are in development and will
be published annually after each fall semester. The reports are designed to
provide feedback to high schools, community colleges, and technical college
campuses on the performance of their students enrolled at Nicholls.
The State of Louisiana requests each public institution of postsecondary education to report by
December thirty-first annually certain information to the legislative
education committees and on its website.
Retention rates gives information about the rate of re-enrollment of first-time freshmen at Nicholls State University. Graduation rates are calculated based upon the number of students that receive any degree within 150% of the appropriate program length.
Rosters of Instructional Staff is compiled each semester in order to provide documentation and justification of faculty qualifications as required by the Commission on Colleges of the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools(SACS). This report contains credential information and academic degrees earned for all full-time and part-time faculty who teach credit courses during each academic semester.
