At the Chef John Folse Culinary Institute, students can select from a variety of hands-on courses such as Baking and Pastries, Italian Cuisine, Product Development, Food and Wine Pairing, Classical French Cuisine or Garde Manger. Learn more about our course offerings.

Our students also complete externships at some of the country’s finest restaurants. Our alliance with the Institute Paul Bocuse in Lyon, France, provides some of our students with the best hands-on training in French cuisine possible.
