Minor in Culinary Arts

Students wishing to earn a minor in culinary arts must earn 18 hours of coursework, with at least a C in each course:

  • CULA 101 — Culinary History and Development
  • CULA 111 — Culinary Foundations
  • CULA 221 — Institutional Kitchen I
  • DIET 200 — Applied Nutrition
  • and seven additional credit hours selected from the culinary arts curriculum.
