While at Nicholls State University, senior culinary student Matthew Noel combined his interest in photography with a great passion for cooking and tailored his degree to meet his specific career objective — to produce television cooking shows. Matthew completed his senior externship on the set of WAFB Channel 9 in Baton Rouge.
