Computing Philosophy:        

We believe that the best way to understand the software and hardware we support is to see them in action, when time allows.  This understanding is critical in decoding the actual problems our users are trying to convey.  There is nothing in computing that we can’t undo or redo.  Backups of user data maximize undo possibilities and minimize redo dilemmas.   Information technology professionals excel when everything runs smoothly and we don’t even cross the minds of the users we support.
