Interlibrary Loan Policies

Eligibility	- must be a current library patron - must be in good standing
Email	- required (NSU email preferred) - used through ILLiad for all ILL communication
Limits	- maximum of 20 ILL requests at one time - maximum of 5 unprocessed requests per pay, per patron
Length of time	- varies - plan on at least 6 – 8 working days
Hours	- Monday – Friday - 7:30 a.m. – 4 p.m.
Requests	- placed through ILLiad
Materials available	- determined by lending library
Charges	- vary - all efforts are made to borrow from libraries that do NOT charge - patrons are responsible for any late/lost item fees and charges
