Broadcast Journalism

Coordinator of E-Learning and Assistant Professor of Mass Communication

“Our ultimate goal as teachers is quite simply, ‘teach students something that they do not know’. However, our job as educators is much deeper than that. We have the responsibility to provide our students with the knowledge and skills necessary for them to become productive members of society once they leave our university. For me, it is not just about transporting information on the technical aspects of television into the students’ empty vessels.”

“My goal is for students to become effective professionals no matter the field they decide to enter. The process, of becoming an effective professional, is different for every student because students have different objectives and different learning styles. My belief is that if students are willing to work towards this goal, they can achieve great success in my class and in life.”
