Each year, the Mosaic staff is made up of students enrolled in Publishing Practicum, ENGL 432 (fall) and 433 (spring). The editor and assistant editor are selected by the faculty advisor. The artist commissioned to create the magazine’s cover is chosen by the editors from a list of applicants.
