The Nicholls Symphonic Band is an outstanding organization open to all students who have had four years of high school concert band experience. The ensemble offers the student an opportunity to express themselves through the performance of traditional and contemporary wind band literature. |

The Nicholls Symphonic Winds is the premier performing ensemble at Nicholls. The ensemble presents two to three concerts during the year and participates in recruiting tours throughout southern Louisiana. The group performs a variety of literature in styles ranging from traditional to contemporary. Membership is by audition. |
