Chung to replace Carter at Nicholls Hall of Fame ceremony

THIBODAUX - The Louisiana Center for Women & Government at Nicholls State University has announced Connie Chung as keynote speaker for the center’s 2008 Hall of Fame induction ceremony, slated for Friday, March 14. The first woman to become a nightly news anchor for a major network, Chung will replace Dixie Carter, who canceled her appearance for health reasons. (more…)
