THIBODAUX – All area media are invited to attend a Nicholls State University press conference at 1 p.m. Tuesday, April 29, in the President’s Conference Room of Picciola Hall on the Nicholls campus.

THIBODAUX – In commemoration of Child Abuse Prevention Month, 158 pinwheels will be planted in the field adjacent to Ellender Memorial Library at Nicholls State University on Monday, April 21.

THIBODAUX – The National Collegiate Athletic Association has recertified the athletics program at Nicholls State University.

THIBODAUX – The Office of Continuing Education at Nicholls State University has announced its 2008 summer schedule for youth and adult non-credit classes. Thousands are expected to participate.

THIBODAUX – Edison Chouest Offshore, a vessel service company based in Galliano, La., recently donated $100,000 to the Nicholls State University College of Business Administration.
