Nicholls professionals receive Quality Achievement Awards

THIBODAUX – The Nicholls State University Division of Student Affairs and Enrollment Services has announced the recipients of its 15th annual Quality Achievement Awards, in recognition of the most outstanding employees of 2007 in the Division of Student Affairs and Enrollment Services. photo_006a_small.jpg

Marilyn Baudoin, administrative coordinator 3 in the Office of Financial Aid, received the Joanne C. Ferriot Office Support Award and the Employee of the Year parking space; Monica Yates, police officer 1 in the University Police Department, received recognition in the operations support category; and Brandie Toups, director of the Office of Continuing Education, received the Bonnie J. Bourg Professional Staff Award.

In addition, each honoree received the Student Affairs Quality Achievement Medal and a monetary award provided by Pro-NSU.

The Quality Achievement Award recipients are selected based on their self-motivation, enthusiasm, willingness to perform beyond the call of duty and positive representation of the Division of Student Affairs and/or the university.

To be eligible, awardees must have been employed by Nicholls for at least one year.
