Randy Cheramie, associate dean of the John Folse Culinary Institute at Nicholls State University, will perform the role of Mr. Babcock in the production of “Mame” at 8 p.m. Thursday, June 17; Friday, June 18; and Saturday, June 19; with a final performance at 2 p.m. Sunday, June 20, at Tulane University’s Dixon Hall Theater.
